Your Role We’re on the lookout for a passionate Business Development Manager to be the face of RoomPriceGenie in the hospitality industry. Your mission? Drive business growth by building strong relationships with partners, hotel groups, and hospitality associations. You’ll take ownership of your market, increasing brand awareness and generating leads by forming partnerships with hotel tech companies and key players in the industry. With a network of hoteliers who need our help, you’ll be their go-to expert. Ready to make an impact?

  • Be the face of RoomPriceGenie for stakeholders across New Zealand, representing the brand with confidence and professionalism.
  • Drive business growth by networking, increasing brand awareness, and generating new leads to expand our presence in these key markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market team, working alongside SDRs, Sales & Revenue Managers to align strategies and hit targets.
  • Partner up with our Marketing and Partnerships departments to create impactful campaigns and forge strong industry relationships.
  • Own customer success , using the CRM to track performance and identifying opportunities to implement automation for improved efficiency.
  • Shape the future of RoomPriceGenie —bring your ideas and creativity to a fast-growing startup where your contributions make a real difference.

Your Profile
  • You bring a strong network in hotel tech and the hospitality industry within New Zealand —you know the key players and how to connect.
  • You have C2-level English proficiency and are eligible to live and work in New Zealand .
  • You’ve got hands-on experience in both the hotel industry and hotel technology, giving you a unique edge.
  • Ideally, you hold a degree in business or hospitality , but your practical experience is just as valuable.
  • You’re enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn , always looking to grow and make an impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills —you know how to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • You’re target-driven and thrive in an environment where results matter.
