As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, escalating more complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints in accordance with company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings.
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
