Programme Delivery Lead

Utilise and grow your experience working across capital programme Join our team of 5 Programme Delivery Leads in a fun team environment. Flexible work arrangements available. Based near the cafes, shops, and beach in our Petone office. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. The remuneration range for this role is $115,635 to $163,250 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience. The opportunity As our Programme Delivery Lead, you will be ushering in the delivery of a programme of 3 Waters capital projects to meet the needs of our client councils. This role will see you work collaboratively with our consultant and contractor panels to support them to deliver safely on time, within budget and meet strategic outcomes, whilst understanding and managing the programme delivery risks. About you To be successful in this role you will bring:

1. Excellent project and programme management skills
2. Demonstrated experience and knowledge working with public sector budgets
3. Great interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
4. An understanding of business cases and investment drivers
5. Strong background in managing performance within an integrated supply chain model
