Job Summary: We are currently sourcing for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and client engagement
. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top talent
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in a Consulting Firm
- Proven track record in filling roles promptly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
