Here’s the deal: We don’t make websites that sit there, on some obscure server, just looking pretty - for no one to find. We craft Growth-Driven Design solutions that will become like our client's best team members—working 24/7, driving growth, and adapting faster than your favourite meme goes viral. If you’re ready to design for results , not just for likes, keep scrolling. Our team are based in Southland, and ideally you’ll join us there! However we are open to applications from other cities in NZ – Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch in which case you would work remotely (work from home).About You:
You’re creative. You’re curious. But most importantly , you’re a team player who thrives on collaboration and feedback and achieving results.- Design, brainstorm, and innovate! Tap into your creative flow to develop solutions and interactive prototypes using your UI and UX expertise
- Qualifications in UX, Visual Communication or Graphic Design, or proven experience
- Proficient in industry standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator is essential, Indesign gets bonus points!), experience with Mac OS is beneficial
- Solid understanding of web design best practices—creating visually appealing designs is only part of the equation!
- Confident in engaging with clients, presenting ideas, and delivering high-quality work on schedule

- Design user-friendly websites and digital platforms that look good and perform even better
- Create clean, engaging solutions that align with brand guidelines and “WOW” our clients
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback to truly make an impact
- Collaborate with creative and development teams for smooth project execution
- Contribute innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions
- Stay curious, focus on innovation, keep update with industry trends
