Job details

We are seeking responsible and professional drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and timely transportation of personnel, goods, or materials while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance with traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Duties

Safely transport staff, goods, or materials to designated locations.

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of items while following assigned schedules.

Vehicle Maintenance

Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the relevant department.

Keep vehicles clean and fueled at all times.

Compliance and Safety

Adhere strictly to traffic rules, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and required documentation at all times.

Ensure the safety of passengers and cargo during transit.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate trip logs and mileage reports.

Record and report fuel usage and any expenses incurred during trips.

Customer Service

Exhibit professionalism and courtesy when interacting with staff, clients, or other stakeholders.

Assist with loading and unloading of goods or materials when required.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (class appropriate for the vehicle to be driven).

Proven experience as a driver (minimum [Insert Years] years preferred).

Good knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.

Ability to read maps, GPS systems, and follow written or verbal directions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A high level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.

Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading when required.

Familiarity with vehicle maintenance.

Experience driving multiple vehicle types (e.g., cars, vans, trucks).
