- Set targets for annual growth and prepare sales activity plans.
- Identify and research potential clients by gathering useful information from customers and competitors
- Analyse services to determine how best to sell it to prospective clients.
- Monitor competitor activity through generation and analysis of reports.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing business prospects like insurance, HMOs, companies and related business to increase our client base.
- Implement sales and business development strategies to ensure revenue growth.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department.
- Help produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials and literature [i.e., Newsletters, gifts etc]
- Monitor corporate branding applications across projects to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently
- Be part of organizing events that help promote the image of the hospital.
