United Flower Growers Ltd is currently seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with the CEO and other members of the wider operational team to ensure that United Flower Growers' suppliers and buyers are identified. United Flower Growers is the largest flower broker in New Zealand and has developed a virtual trading floor that connects florists with growers. The candidate should have the ability to create a more user-friendly environment to attract more buyers to our auction floor. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $95,000 per year. Applicants must have relevant commercial experience and be proactive self-starters who are highly organized and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications for Customer Experience Manager:
