Job Summary The IT Technical Lead will lead a team of technical professionals, solving complex technical problems, developing technical strategies, and ensuring the team meets the timeline and deliverables. The primary goal is to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions from vendors and participate in design to ensure alignment with the Bank Enterprise Architecture Framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals. Job Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
- Engage with business stakeholders to highlight any technical and implementation constraints throughout the project, especially during requirements gathering and analysis phases.
- Prepare IT Solutions Review Deck and Technical Design Specifications (TSD), or perform reviews of such deliverables from vendors.
- Supervise the development of the delivery solution to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with backend system teams for the implementation of system interfaces or changes to existing interfaces, including any changes required within the backend systems.
- Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including hardware, software, and networking components.
- Manage and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
