- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our farmers, growers and other agribusiness customers to drive positive engagement
- Take ownership of the long-term retention of a portfolio of Onside’s customers nationwide
- Analyse engagement and product usage data, account health indicators, and other metrics to identify opportunities to upsell or cement customer retention
- Proactively find opportunities to maximise value, and meet expansion revenue goals, driving uptake of product features and solutions
- Experience in customer success and account management within a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Ability to build rapport quickly, make lasting positive impressions
- Commercially minded, target orientated and data-driven
- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address customer needs and challenges
- Collaborative team player, focused on delivering the best outcome for the customer and for Onside
