Job Title: Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Employment Type: Full time Minimum Qualifications: Minimum in SPM / Diploma in Business, Management or equivalent Working Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in purchasing activities.
  • To generate the order from SAP system demand and review before converting the PRs’ to Purchase Order for direct parts for PCBA Assembly requirement.
  • Purchase indirect Part (Purchase Request) raised by other departments and assigned by Purchasing Manager. To obtain quote before converting to Purchase Order.
  • Before PO creation for Direct Parts to check the AVL listing to ensure the correct MPN / Drawing / specification.
  • Procure and purchase the right source, quantity, price, quality and timely delivery.
  • Follow up deliveries with suppliers to ensure to receive shipment on time to support Production to meet customer’s required shipment date.
  • Prepare and review material status for escalation activities.
  • MRB member - attend weekly MRB meeting.
  • NCR: negotiate with suppliers for replacement/credit note and close the NCR. Request for FA/8D report if V Car is issued.
  • Timely invoice submission to finance.
Others:
  • To abide to all Company rules and regulations including awareness of Company's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
  • To read, understand and be in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics and its related policies at all times.
  • To comply with the Company’s Risk Management Manual, Policy and Procedures and related instructions including awareness and carry out the roles and responsibilities required under the documents.
  • To carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the company or any person(s) acting on behalf of the company.
