  • We Are Hiring: Business Development Officer
  • Responsibilities:*
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, sales leads, potential clients, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industries and sectors suitable for business expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations that attract new business.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company's services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to management regarding sales activities, forecasts, and market analyses.
  • Monitor competitors and stay informed about industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from business development to service delivery.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as a business development officer, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
  • Documented sales track record and experience in proposal development.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
