- Develop and implement a learning strategy that supports workforce development and drives business success.
- Ensure L&D initiatives align with key organizational objectives such as performance improvement, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Design and develop customized training programs, workshops, and learning materials to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Utilize a variety of training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning formats, to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing interactive and impactful learning experiences that drive employee development.
- Offer coaching and mentoring to employees, enhancing their skills and supporting their professional growth.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in employee skills and competencies, ensuring continuous development.
- Evaluate the impact of L&D programs on employee performance, engagement, and business outcomes, reporting on effectiveness and suggesting optimizations.

- Build relationships with external training providers, consultants, and industry experts to enhance internal capabilities and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver, track, and measure training programs effectively.
- Actively promote JR Academy and assist in its setup, ensuring it becomes a cornerstone of the organization's learning and development efforts.
