Job Summary: The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The role involves creating original content, managing posts, responding to followers, and handling our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
o Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
o Define the most important social media KPIs.
2. Content Creation and Management:
o Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that
builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take
action.
o Design and implement a social media content calendar.
3. Engagement:
o Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and
monitor customer reviews.
o Engage with the online community, including potential customers and
influencers, to build a strong network.
4. Brand Consistency:
o Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working
with various company department members, including advertising, product
development, and brand management.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms
using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
o Provide actionable insights based on social media analytics.
6. Trends and Innovation:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
o Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as
promotions and competitions.
7. Community Management:
o Develop strategies for community growth and retention.
o Engage community and organize community events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
