Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven HubSpot Sales Marketing Analyst to support our sales and marketing teams by leveraging HubSpot's CRM and marketing tools. The ideal candidate will analyze campaign performance, optimize sales and marketing processes, and provide actionable insights to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: HubSpot Management:
Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and integration with other platforms.
Develop and implement workflows, email campaigns, and automation to streamline sales and marketing processes.
Optimize HubSpot's lead scoring and nurturing strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales and marketing data to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key metrics, such as lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and sales pipeline health.
Campaign Optimization:
Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising, to improve effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing on email templates, landing pages, and calls-to-action to maximize engagement.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align HubSpot strategies with overall business goals.
Assist in the development of lead generation strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, within the HubSpot ecosystem.
Stay updated on HubSpot best practices and emerging trends in sales and marketing analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms.
Experience with sales and marketing metrics, including lead scoring, pipeline analysis, and campaign ROI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HubSpot integrations and APIs.
Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Familiarity with other CRM platforms or marketing automation tools.
