We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Ultimately, he will be responsible for overseeing and managing project activities from inception to completion, ensuring projects are executed within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves extensive documentation, contract management, and financial oversight, including handling tenders, bills of quantities and quotations. The Project Manager will ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
Prepare tender documentation, including request for proposal (RFP) and request for quotation (RFQ) packages
Prepare and validate bills of quantities and quotations based on project requirements.
Prepare, review, and maintain all project-related documentation, including progress reports, Tenders, BOQs, change requests, and financial records.
Ensure accurate documentation throughout project phases to provide visibility into project progress and compliance.
Manage contractual obligations, monitoring vendor performance and adherence to agreed terms.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with financial objectives.
Prepare bills of quantities and quotations, assessing project costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage invoices, payments, and any financial reporting requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Conduct regular project status meetings, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, issues, and resolutions’
Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing proactive measures to ensure project stability.
Conduct quality control checks at various project stages, ensuring project outputs meet the required standards and specifications.
Maintain project compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
