Position Overview: The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies that enhance the company's brand image, foster positive relationships with stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This role involves overseeing internal and external communications, managing public relations initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to align communication efforts with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Communication Strategy Development: o Create and implement comprehensive communication strategies that support business objectives.

o Identify target audiences and tailor messaging accordingly. 2. Public Relations Management: o Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives.

o Prepare press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.

o Monitor media coverage and public sentiment about the company. 3. Internal Communications: o Foster an informed workplace through regular updates, newsletters, and internal campaigns.

o Collaborate with HR to communicate employee engagement initiatives. 4. Crisis Communication: o Develop crisis communication plans and protocols.

o Serve as a key point of contact during crises, ensuring timely and effective messaging. 5. Content Creation: o Write and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and corporate publications.

o Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging guidelines. 6. Social Media Management: o Oversee the company’s social media strategy and presence.

o Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed. 7. Event Management: o Plan and execute corporate events, including press conferences, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement activities.

o Coordinate logistics, content, and promotions for events. 8. Measurement and Reporting: o Analyze communication efforts and report on effectiveness, using metrics to guide future strategies.

o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications.
