Key Responsibilities:

o Collaborate with HR to communicate employee engagement initiatives.
4. Crisis Communication:
o Develop crisis communication plans and protocols.
o Serve as a key point of contact during crises, ensuring timely and effective messaging.
5. Content Creation:
o Write and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and corporate publications.
o Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging guidelines.
6. Social Media Management:
o Oversee the company’s social media strategy and presence.
o Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
7. Event Management:
o Plan and execute corporate events, including press conferences, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement activities.
o Coordinate logistics, content, and promotions for events.
8. Measurement and Reporting:
o Analyze communication efforts and report on effectiveness, using metrics to guide future strategies.
