Role Overview:
We seek an experienced and results-oriented Marketing and Growth Specialist to lead our content, social media, and digital marketing initiatives with strategic oversight. This role encompasses market research, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership to align our marketing efforts with business objectives, maximize brand equity, and drive sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will excel in copywriting, social media strategy, email marketing, offline and digital marketing, and managing campaigns for digital products like courses and webinars. This position is pivotal in shaping our brand voice, engaging audiences, and driving growth across diverse channels.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content & Campaign Strategy:
1. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for social media, digital
products, and email campaigns.
2. Write persuasive and engaging copy for various channels, including email campaigns,
social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
3. Conceptualize and execute campaigns to promote digital products such as courses,
webinars, and events.
● Social Media Management:
1. Manage and expand Kisha Immigration’s presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok,
Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
2. Craft engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience, ensuring
consistency in branding and messaging.
3. Monitor and engage with online communities to boost brand loyalty and audience
interaction.
● Market Intelligence & Analytics:
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and campaign automation.
- Conduct competitive analysis, and market gap analysis, and translate research findings
3. Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results and inform future
strategies.
4. Utilize SEO techniques to increase content visibility and drive organic traffic.
● Copywriting & Storytelling:
1. Write compelling, story-driven copy that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns
with the brand voice.
2. Create high-quality, persuasive marketing materials, from short-form ads to
long-form content.
3. Develop engaging narratives for courses, webinars, and other digital products.
● Project & Product Management:
1. Manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent
quality.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans for digital and
offline products, like courses and webinars.
3. Oversee the lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and
evaluation.
● Branding & Vendor Management:
1. Oversee creative outputs, including graphics, photography, and promotional
materials.
2. Manage relationships with vendors and creative agencies for marketing activities.

● Customer Insights & Value Proposition:
- Integrate customer and cultural insights into marketing strategies.
