- Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Conduct final round interviews.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Manage employee leaves, address concerns, and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely salary distribution.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR documentation, and compliance records.
- Fair Pay & Bonuses: 11,000 - 15,000 EGP/month + performance bonus (5-15%).

Job Requirements
What we’re looking for:- Proven experience in HR management (minimum 3 years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
