For which tasks (responsibilities)?
We are currently expanding our team and looking for a talented  Senior 3D Character Artist . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of character design. Responsibilities
  • Design and create high-quality 3D character models, including sculpting, and texturing, ensuring they meet both artistic and technical requirements;
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, concept artists, and animation team to translate 2D concepts into fully realized 3D characters;
  • Optimize character assets for Unreal Engine, focusing on performance without sacrificing quality;
  • Implement and test character models within Unreal Engine to ensure compatibility and maintain high visual fidelity;
  • Experience with character creation pipeline for Unreal Engine with final integration in Blueprint;
  • Work with the narrative and game design teams to align character aesthetics with story and gameplay needs;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 4+ years of experience as a 3D Character Artist in the gaming industry;
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine, including asset integration, shader development, and optimization;
  • Expert skills in ZBrush, Maya/Blender, Substance Painter, and Photoshop;
  • Experience with Marvelous Designer for creating realistic clothing;
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy, character proportions, and facial expressions;
  • Demonstrated experience in PBR texturing techniques;
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality character models, with at least one AAA or AA project experience preferred;
  • Familiarity with rigging and skinning characters;
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take creative direction.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience with Metahuman or similar real-time character solutions.
