Responsibilities

As a Research Analyst at ENSOGOV, you will be required to:

• Compile ESG data set and prepare trend analysis
• Analyse and correlate data and financial progress
• Prepare industry benchmarks using statistical analysis
• Use statistical, economic, and data modelling techniques and tools
• Organise and analyse data, create charts, graphs and presentations
• Provide recommendations to improve future business operations
• Organise, preserve and manage data for future use

Requirements

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and data modelling skills
• The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports
• Attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team working skills
• Advanced level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Willing to function in a rapidly growing environment
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit
• Learn new skills

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance or ACCA Affiliate

Experience

1-2 years of experience in data management, advisory, research or credit rating agency

Language

Excellent command over written and verbal English
