- Business Administration: provide comprehensive administrative support by carrying out all forms of administrative tasks including bookkeeping.
- Customer Service: interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Email Management: effectively manage and organise clients' emails, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Task Prioritisation: efficiently prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, optimise workflows, and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
- Communication Management: facilitate clear and efficient communication within team and clients.
- Client Relationship Management: cultivate positive client relationships, understand their needs and proactively address concerns.
- Proven experience as a business assistant, admin assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in the use of google workspace, Microsoft office tools, and other admin tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in office software and virtual collaboration tools
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to carry out tasks with less or no supervision (practically)
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedure
- Functional laptop with steady internet access
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and priortize daily workload
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Min HND; previous experience as a business/admin assistant would be considered an advantage
