Project Manager

About the role Reporting to the senior leadership, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in the Tanjung Malim Perak region. This role offers the chance to work on strategic initiatives within a dynamic and growing company. What you'll be doing

• Establishing project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including procurement, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement
• Identifying and mitigating risks to project delivery, and implementing appropriate contingency plans
• Providing regular progress updates to senior management and clients
• Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Leading and motivating project teams to achieve exceptional results
• Fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders

• Significant experience (7+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on practical, commercial solutions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
