Debugger/Production Testing Engineer- Electronics MFG (MNC/5 Days/High Salary)

Position: Debugger / Production Testing Engineer Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Working Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 08.30am ~ 6.00pm; Friday - 08.30am ~ 6.15pm Salary: RM 8k - RM 10k or more (depending on experience & last drawn) Benefits: Annual Bonus, Medical Benefits, Transportation Allowance, Position Allowance, Group Hospitalization & Surgery Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance Responsibilities:

1. Circuit Debugging: Identify and troubleshoot circuit-level faults in electronic assemblies and components.
2. Repair and Testing: Repair circuits at the component level and perform debugging to ensure operational functionality.
3. Test Facility Development: Support the development and construction of test facilities for product validation, including integration of test equipment and software.
4. Support & Training: Work closely with subcontractors to assimilate test stations and provide technical support and training for subcontractor teams.
5. Test Results Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret test results to draw conclusions and recommend improvements.
6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation including schematics, test reports, and debug procedures.
7. Cross-department Coordination: Collaborate with development, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to mass production.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a debugger or in a similar testing role.
2. Technical Skills:
   1. In-depth experience in repairing circuits at the component level.
   2. Ability to analyze circuit and product-level faults.
   3. Knowledge in both RF and Digital electronics.
   4. Proficient in reading and understanding electrical schematics.
   5. Experience with final tests in production environments.
3. Ability to think creatively and address complex technical challenges.
4. Experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation, including test procedures and troubleshooting guides.
