About Us Since starting in Perth in 2012 CMW Geosciences has expanded to 18 offices with over 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hardworking downtoearth and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation analysis and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors. Our Tauranga office is looking to hire an Associate Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with 8 years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy. Specifically our team is looking for an engineer/geologist who can provide analysis design and technical advice for our clients in the residential industrial and energy space. Our team of 25 includes two Principal Geotechnical Engineers and youll have the ability to work with them closely on a regular basis. Our team is wellestablished in the Bay of Plenty region with a secondary office in Rotorua servicing the Rotorua and Taupo lakes district. What Youll Need

  • A Civil Engineering Geology or Earth Science Degree
  • 8 years experience in a geotechnical consultancy
  • At least 2 years experience in New Zealand and specifically Tauranga is preferred
  • A full New Zealand drivers license
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills both verbal and written
