We’re on the lookout for an Inside Sales Coordinator.
Are you a proactive individual that excels in managing sales leads and providing excellent customer service? If you’re organized and detail-oriented, we want to meet you!
This is a part-time (remote) position based in Kuala Lumpur, with direct reporting to the Senior Inside Sales Coordinator.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle all incoming leads and bookings across various channels with efficiency and a personal touch, ensuring each potential client feels valued.
- Collaborate with our sales team to schedule tours and appointments, helping showcase our vibrant coworking spaces.
- Keep our database and sales reports up-to-date and accurate, providing valuable insights for both Colony and Jerry.
- Monitor and manage all bookings and inventory, ensuring smooth operations and optimal space utilization.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Colony and Jerry packages, tailoring solutions that perfectly meet our clients' needs.
- Take extreme ownership of your tasks, tackle challenges head-on, and propose creative solutions to enhance our client experience.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Equipped with own computer and have a strong/stable internet connection
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to find inconsistencies and errors
- Teamwork and the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels
- Previous experience in providing customer service or inside sales is a plus
- Hands on experience with Google Sheets
- Ability to merge documents, create mailing and distribution lists etc.
- Cooperative team player, easily gains trust and support of peers; encourages collaboration
- Diploma/Secondary School Diploma
