Business & Customer Development Executive
This position reports to the Business Development Manager and coordinates with all learning partners to successfully enroll clients/ participants in LMI programmes (leadership courses) and manage the entire development process to ensure participants achieve the desired and pre-determined results. LMM provides continuous learning opportunities and a positive working environment. Basic Salary Range: RM3,000 to RM3,500(First 12 Months expected annual income around RM50,000 to RM 60,000 including sales commission, sales bonus)Specific Responsibilities
- Find new and qualified potential clients.
- Reach out to SME business owners and carry out a Performance Needs Analysis for their business.
- Recommend the right LMI solution or programme that fits the individual’s development needs within the company.
- Work with all learning partners, like course coaches, facilitators, and manager mentors, to help participants learn and achieve their goals.
- Regularly collect feedback for improvement and follow up with clients to ensure results, maintain relationships, and encourage resales and referrals.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Positive mindset, continuous learning attitude
- Experience in working with SMEs.
- Sales prospecting to target the right market and identify "Class A" quality prospects.
- Deliver effective sales presentations to the Decision Maker.
- Discover customers' prime buying motives and match them with the right LMI program.
- Confidently and independently close sales.
- Build a strong network (Centre of Influence) to get quality referral leads.
- Engage all stakeholders (facilitators, course coaches, admin, and clients) effectively and professionally.
