- Develop and implement local operational strategy for teams.
- Set objectives and guide team members to meet performance standards and targets.
- Oversee daily operations, customer interactions, and KPI achievement.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints and queries.
- Review and improve operational procedures and promote continuous improvement.
- Promote efficiency and automation in processes and ensure team growth through coaching and best practice sharing.
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Contract Logistics, BPO or shared service operations.
- Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and business methodologies.
