(4.9 Stars - Top Rated in Trustpilot Malaysia) Location: Puchong, Selangor (5 mins from LRT Pusat Bandar Puchong Station) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative and/or Trading Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing appointments, workshops backend closing, sales follow-ups, and subscription retention . This role requires a motivated individual who is passionate about finance and trading, and thrives in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve KPIs and goals.
• Handle appointments and backend closing for workshops.
• Follow up on sales leads and ensure high subscription retention.
• Train and mentor relevant team members that are involved in the sales process.
• Conduct Zoom webinars with trade simulations and hands-on trading classes.
• Report on sales activities and performance.
• Nurture customer relationships, providing personalized follow-up and event reminders.
• Maintain detailed sales reports and track performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experienced level in sales, preferably within the finance or trading industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both Malay and Chinese is preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Highly motivated by money and target-driven.
• Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools.

Compensation:

• Basic salary + Commission
• Training provided for 1 to many webinar sales through Zoom.
• All necessary production equipment will be provided.

Working Hours:

• Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Available for extended hours and weekends during events and workshops as needed.
• Sales are conducted mainly through online Zoom meetings and/or F2F in the office.
