Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Demonstrate the OD Practitioners’ USP during a call.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Females Only
- Ability to travel to different locations upon needed.
- Very Good in English Language
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role .
- Experience in the same Industry is Priority
