- Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, proactively anticipating changes and scheduling conflicts.
- Communication Management: Monitor and respond to communications, draft, proofread, and edit high-quality documents, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Meeting Organisation: Arrange virtual and in-person meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Project and Task Management: Support special projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research and prepare clear, concise reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising digital records.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Adjust to the CEO’s dynamic workload, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to new tasks and challenges.
- Strong Organisation and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent Communication Skills: High fluency in English, with the ability to draft polished and professional communications.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and digital project management tools, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in tasks such as scheduling, drafting, and managing documents.
- Discretion and Trustworthiness: Proven experience handling confidential information responsibly.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and solve problems proactively without waiting for instructions.
- You have experience supporting C-level executives or working in fast-paced environments that require adaptability and quick decision-making.
- You demonstrate a genuine care for the success of the CEO and the wider team, always willing to help and be proactive.
- You are eager to grow and continuously seek ways to improve processes and your own skills.
