Responsibilities:

  • Carry out scoping studies with prospects and articulate solutions that addresses their business pains.
  • Present our Products in the best light to Prospects and Customers
  • Preparation of Technical & Commercial proposal for the proposed products / services.
  • Manage to key deliverables and milestones, ensuring the overall submission to client is best in class, including marketing material, proposals, RFI, RFP and other presentation.
  • Proactively pitching business capabilities to potential clients.
  • Prepare sales collaterals (e.g. Presentation, Proposals, Cost sheet and Product Brochures) about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales & marketing department
  • Know the entire bid lifecycle, from identification and qualification to submission and post-submission analysis.
  • Prepare the Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, and subject matter experts, to gather information and develop compelling proposals.
  • Ensure all proposals are submitted in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding client requirements and expectations.
  • Tailor proposal content to address specific client needs and showcase the organization's unique value proposition
  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized repository of bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Track and report on proposal success rates, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, Product Demonstration and PoC execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the business development lifecycle and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should be able to interact with CIOs / CTOs / CSOs / Business heads and have ability to conduct/Industry specific Demo / workshops / value discovery sessions.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and trends in IT Service Management
