Job Description

This is a remote position. Phoenix Support Services is looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects. We have very detailed processes to follow to ensure websites and content development is produced with quality and consistency. You will follow a checklist for each task and ensure that the developers and/or content writers under you do the same, making sure tasks move to the right team members as quickly as possible and all necessary deliverables for a project are completed and submitted on time. Knowledge of the WordPress website design and development process is important as you will be overseeing the development of many websites. Candidates familiar with proper design and development will be prioritized. As a Digital Project Manager, you should use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various team members and our clients. You must be detail-oriented with strong management skills to ensure that the work process flows smoothly, and that our clients are extremely satisfied. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and ensure that all the tasks required each month by our team members are properly implemented to increase high customer satisfaction. This position requires you to speak with our valued clients in the United States, so your English must be excellent. You will be in charge of website projects from start to finish, so you must be able to communicate with our clients to gather their content, feedback, ideas, etc. We utilize the ZOHO CRM. Experience using the ZOHO platform is a plus but not necessary as we will instruct the right person. You will need to be able to work in a team environment. Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide end-to-end project management of all new and current websites.
  2. Monitor the content creation process (blogs and service pages).
  3. Manage website creation and launching.
  4. Highlight potential risks or roadblocks and act proactively to resolve issues.
  5. Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new processes.
  6. Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
  7. Maintain constant communication with clients via email or phone calls throughout the development phase (website changes in every step, site migration, etc.).
  8. Act as the final checker and/or quality auditor of work done with the web developers.
  9. Create initial reports and perform other onboarding steps (adding the site to Cloudflare, generating Google Analytics property tag, creating the development site, assigning tasks, etc.).
  10. Conduct initial research and decide on the website architecture.
  11. Collaborate with the developers in designing the new mock-up.
  12. Review the keywords and the SEO strategy.
  13. Review the dev site before turning it over to the client for review.

Requirements

  1. Respond quickly to communications.
  2. Strong communication and team management skills.
  3. Availability each weekday for conference calls with team members.
  4. Ability to work in U.S. MST time zone.
  5. Installation of required apps on smart mobile devices.
  6. Proven work experience as a Digital Project Manager.
  7. Hands-on experience with project management software.
  8. Familiarity with Content Management Systems and HTML/CSS.
  9. Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
  10. Solid technical background.
  11. Excellent organization and time management skills.
  12. Excellent writing and communication skills.
  13. Able to work in a team environment.
*Experience in marketing management, SEO, technical writing, social media marketing, etc. are very helpful in securing this long-term position with our company. A BS in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or relevant fields is beneficial. The more of these demonstrable skills you have, the more you will be considered for the position.
