About the role
The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible in achieving sales revenue targets through developing long-term relationships with our customers and by developing new clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develops sales strategies to increase profitability of assigned area.
- Initiates regular communications with prospects and existing clients. Conducts sales presentations, visits, calls prospective clients to ensure that sales targets are achieved.
- Works closely with the Marketing and Operations team to create sales activities and ensure effective implementation. Present data in a meaningful way to ensure that correct decisions are made by management
- Sets goals of the sales team both for new and existing accounts.
- Conducts a competitor’s check within the assigned area and improves sales strategies.
- Develop insightful metrics, build and improve reports, support management to understand business'' performance and action points.
- Coaches and mentors the sales team to drive their performance. Improves staff efficiency in coordination with the Human Resource Head.
- Graduate of any 4 year course or its equivalent.
- Must have 3-5 years related work experience.
- Superb interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent in sales presentation skills.
- Energetic and determined.
- Strong familiarity in social media platforms.
- Significant experience in a B2B sales or account management role, ideally within the Retail industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term strategic relationshipswith clients
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and deliver tailored solutions
- Familiarity with Account & Relationship Manage ent best practices and trends
- Willing to travel
Saturday: possible for remote work or onsite work set up
Salary Range:
Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 (gross pay)
