Our mission is to provide empathetic, specialized support to help clients rebuild and strengthen their relationships. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Management Specialist to work remotely. In this role, you’ll ensure our clients have a seamless, supportive experience with Shridhar LifeSchool. This position involves managing customer relationships, implementing CRM strategies, analyzing client data, and improving our operational flow. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize communication templates to improve interactions between the CRM system, team, and clients.
- Handle escalations, serving as a troubleshooter to resolve issues swiftly and empathetically.
- Track and report weekly client engagement stats, managing a comprehensive dashboard.
- Enhance operational efficiency and speed by identifying and addressing gaps between departments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in Sales or Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management.
- Ability to empathise and support clients in a meaningful way.
- Experience in counselling or therapy is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Zoho, Spreadsheets, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace is must
