Duties & Responsibilities
Administer end to end company recruitment process.
Administer the new employee general orientation.
Create and issue employment contracts
Facilitate clearance and quitclaim for separated employees
Provide support to compensation and benefits administration
Generate, maintain record, administer disciplinary action memos to employees.
Provide significant insights and support in the preparation of company activities.
Provide credible information to all HR-related inquiries based on the company set up.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of BS/BS Psychology or equivalent
Knowledgeable with general labor standards
Maintain high level of integrity and credibility on ideal and acceptable moral and ethical standards as HR practitioner
Can work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
