Title - Salesforce Architect Type - Contract Location - Remote Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensure scalability, and adhere to best practices.
- System Architecture: Define and document the system architecture, including data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
- Development Oversight: Oversee the development process, including coding standards, deployment pipelines, and quality assurance.
- Integration Management: Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and tools like MuleSoft.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, developers, and administrators to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver optimal solutions.
- Governance and Standards: Establish governance frameworks, enforce Salesforce best practices, and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, administrators, and junior architects.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
- Other relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git, Jenkins, and Copado.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL processes.
- Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
