Job Responsibilities
- Assigning of all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team.
- The role requires managing effective internal/external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility.
- Liaising with multiple customers and suppliers within the global IT industry.
- Managing the business model within the Supply Chain industry / ITSM and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Multiple communications with vendors and customers via various technology channels around the globe.
- Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer.
- Capture and interpret basic customer information.
- Analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions with attention to detail.
- Build a services relationship with the customer.
- Team management and client management.
Job Specification
Skills:- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and possess basic analytical skills.
- Basic MS Office skills and a 'can do' attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable in different situations and environments.
- Sound understanding of complex processes.
- A proactive approach to customer queries and problems.
- Knowledge of e-supply chain and customer service is required.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
