Job Description
- Developing a training plan for all clients based on the type of project.
- Develop an operating plan for the department and distribute the work tasks of the trainers.
- Follow up on the implementation of the operational plan daily.
- Divide the training materials into stages.
- Evaluating the training process and following up on customer satisfaction.
- Solve all problems related to the training stages.
- Receiving manual and material training from department managers.
- Ensure understanding of all technical aspects of projects.
- Implementing the training plan for clients.
- Adherence to specified standards.
- Ensure that all technical aspects and all features of the device are communicated.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Electrical components, systems, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in electrical power systems, circuit design, and power electronics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
