- Assist in the procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and negotiate terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Support the accounting team with procurement-related queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
