Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Import/Export Specialist with expertise in shipping to Europe and Africa. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of the best shipping companies for each country in these regions, a thorough understanding of customs clearance processes, and comprehensive awareness of all required legal procedures and documentation. Strong awareness to changes in shipping rates, transportation costs, and market conditions is essential.  Job Responsibilities : Coordinate international shipments, focusing on Europe and Africa, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery.  Oversee customs clearance processes, manage all legal documentation, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Prepare and maintain documentation related to import/export activities, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms. Monitor shipment status, address potential delays, and provide updates to internal stakeholders and customers. Monitor and respond to changes in shipping rates, transportation costs, and other logistical factors to minimize costs Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed

Job Requirements

• Senior Logistics with experience from 3 to 6 years.
• Proven experience in logistics, import/export operations
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, documentation, and shipping practices especially for Europe and Africa.
• Strong understanding of cost analysis related to shipping and transportation.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines
