Job Description

• Actively seek out property owners who are interested in listing their properties on our platform.
• Build a strong pipeline of property owners by leveraging networking, market research, and direct outreach.

• Guide property owners through the process of listing their properties, offering advice on pricing, photos, and descriptions to maximize appeal.
• Provide personalized support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners to encourage repeated collaboration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

• Analyze market trends to identify untapped opportunities and develop strategies to attract property owners.
• Collaborate with marketing team to design strategies that drive engagement and property listings.
• Provide feedback to improve platform offerings based on property owner needs and market demands.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or property acquisition , preferably in real estate, property management, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with property owners effectively.
• Professional, presentable, and capable of building trust with high-value clients.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve ambitious targets.
• Fluency in English.
