Job Title : Business Development Executive Experience : 1-4 years CTC : As Per Market Standards ( Depends on Skills & Experience ) Note- This is an onsite opportunity Job Overview: We are looking for a self driven Business Development Executive with experience in B2B(Experience with D2C brands is plus) Sales to join our team. The candidate should be ambitious, result oriented with great attention to details. It is an individual contributor role wherein you would work with a small but highly competitive and effective team. About the Role: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth for ROI Magnet, with a focus on market expansion and client acquisition. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with both new and existing clients; nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Pitching and Presentations: Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients. Based on business requirements, you will be required to visit clients across PAN India accordingly. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Use insights to guide business strategy and identify growth opportunities. Project Handover: Ensure smooth project handovers to the operations team by clearly defining client expectations and deliverables.  Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities using diverse techniques, including LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events. Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to connect with potential clients. Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain a robust database of potential clients for future opportunities. Measure the success of outreach campaigns and refine strategies for higher conversions. Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, outreach performance, and revenue metrics. Skills & Qualifications: 1.Graduation, Post Graduation 2.Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi (Mandatory). 3.Strong analytical, research ,negotiation and interpersonal skills. 4.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 6.Self-motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growth and development. 7.Ability to manage all parts of sales funnel 8.Strong sales acumen and proven experience in pitching and closing high-ticket deals.
