Position Overview RecruitGo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the programming team’s operations by serving as a key liaison between clients and programmers. The Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating project scheduling, managing client approvals for custom programming quotes, overseeing the data migration process, and ensuring that quality assurance (QA) testing is executed efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on programming-related tasks.
- Gather requirements from customers for custom programming work.
- Manage the lifecycle of quote delivery and approvals: explain project scopes, address business and technical questions, and follow up with clients to obtain approvals and deposits.
- Oversee and communicate programming schedules to clients and internal teams.
- Develop and execute quality assurance test plans for custom programming work, certifying deliverables for deployment.
- Manage data mapping and migration from clients' existing POS systems to Rapid POS.
- Gather client credentials for enabling custom integrations with third-party systems.
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience with relevant certifications.
- 3+ years of experience in client support, quote management, scheduling, or quality assurance testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and foster alignment between teams.
- A “can-do” attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the retail industry, such as working in or managing a retail store. This hands-on knowledge will enhance your credibility with clients.
- Remote Work: This is a fully remote position requiring candidates to work night shifts aligned with US Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Reliable Home Office Setup: Candidates must have access to a dedicated and quiet workspace with a reliable home office setup, including a stable internet connection and a backup power source to ensure uninterrupted work during shifts.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
