Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain and troubleshoot existing SAP Business One Crystal Reports and Queries
- Resolve SAP Business One user-related concerns (Ex: errors encountered in the SAP program and associated add-ons)
- Liaise with external SAP partners for any troubleshooting concerns (if necessary)
- General IT-related work (fixing network connections, setting up computers, printers, etc)
- Collaborate with IT team
- Male or Female
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or IT
- Strong computer and technology fundamentals, with at least 2 years of work experience and strong familiarity of SAP Business One
- Organized, hardworking and detail-oriented
- Fully Vaccinated and in good physical health
