Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Hiring Services: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, application screening, reference checks, interview scheduling, and coordination to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Recruitment Documentation: Prepare and distribute essential recruitment documents (e.g., offer letters, employment contracts, background check authorization forms) to relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Service Delivery & SLAs: Follow standardized practices and procedures in line with agreed SLAs, ensuring consistent service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Acquisition Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining Talent Acquisition policies, procedures, and documentation to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, such as background check agencies and recruitment firms, to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records for candidates, employees, and leavers across relevant systems and offline documents. Ensure data integrity, compliance with local labor laws, and adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Candidate & Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process and responding professionally to hiring-related inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems. Ensure all inquiries are resolved promptly to deliver a positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Administration , Service Delivery , or a similar role, with a strong focus on hiring services .
  • Solid knowledge of local labor laws and data protection regulations , ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant recruitment tools to streamline processes.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
