Senior Resourcer For Bulk WhiteCollar Recruitment Remote in Cape Town Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: RNEG per month
- Connectivity Allowance : R1000 pm
- Commission Structure:
- 2.5% on international permanent placements.
- 2.5% on local permanent placements.
- 2.5% of contract value for local contractors.
- 5% on 40 placements or more.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards social media professional networks and other innovative methods.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles and professional cover pages for submission to Recruitment Consultants.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and gather feedback for candidate submissions.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates providing updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand job specifications hiring preferences and timelines.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sourcing strategies and candidate progress.
- Ensure a smooth handover of shortlisted candidates to Recruitment Consultants for client submission.
- Schedule interviews confirm appointments with clients and candidates and manage calendar invites.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure their attendance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to candidates as needed.
- Update and format candidate CVs to ensure a professional presentation.
- Write compelling cover pages tailored to specific job requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and preinterview verifications.
- Complete criminal and background checks before offers are finalized.
- Ensure all vetting and testing are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the ATS (Manatal) and CRM (Close) systems.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics including candidate submissions interviews and placements.
- Use data insights to refine sourcing strategies and address challenges.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends sourcing techniques and best practices.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance overall recruitment efficiency.
- Deliver a shortlist of candidates within 48 hours of job specification receipt.
- Actively manage 10 roles per week.
- Submit 30 qualified candidates weekly.
- Facilitate 20 interviews per week.
- Achieve 5 placements per month.
- Maintain highquality rankings from Business Development (BD) managers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in ATS and CRM systems (Manatal and Close preferred) MS Office Suite LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make datadriven decisions.
- Adaptability: Quick learner who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
