As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to streamline the onboarding process and ensure every new hire feels supported and set up for success.

What You’ll Do

As an Onboarding Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in our team by:
  • Leading the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are informed, prepared, and aligned with their roles.
  • Guiding new hires through onboarding tasks, including live training sessions and necessary paperwork.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to support onboarding for agents and clients, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Providing progress updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to keep everyone aligned.
  • Assisting with client onboarding tasks when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years in Customer Service Onboarding.
    • 3–5 years in the BPO Customer Service industry.
    • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re , and Freshdesk (Required).
    • Knowledge of CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com .
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
    • A self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (20 Mbps minimum).
    • Tools: Proficiency in Gmail and Slack.
