Customer Support Representative ZR17767JOB

This is a remote position. Schedule:

• Monday through Wednesday: 5pm 8pm
• Saturday 9am 6pm with 30 minutes paid break
• Sunday 9am 3pm

• Customer service rep who can answer all inbound calls & texts from our 12location portfolio and address minor customer issues and route any sales calls/high urgency items to designated phone number/employee
• Minor customer issues include: gate code access spot location site access all other issues can be instructed to call back during regular business hours (payment questions etc.)

Requirements

• Strong written English and impeccable communication skills.
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with popular CRM tools and platforms.
