We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our marketplace activities across all platforms, including strategizing, planning, and executing sales initiatives to maximize growth. Responsibilities : • Develop and implement a strategic plan for marketplace selling, including listing optimization, product promotions, customer service, and vendor management • Monitor and manage product listings on multiple marketplaces to ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date. Build processes and system to manage these at scale. • Analyze marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisions and improve sales performance. • Continuously monitor reviews and address any customer service issues that arise on the marketplace platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Monitor marketplace policies and regulations to ensure compliance. • Implement effective SEO and platform ad strategies to increase product visibility and rankings on marketplace platforms. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful product content and promotional campaigns. • Knowledge about Product Listing, Cataloguing, variation creation, listing health monitoring, continuous search ranking improvement, problem resolution, Listing enhancement, Product Pricing, Sales Events. Experience: • 1+ years of experience managing online marketplaces for a D2C brand. • Experience with Health & Wellness is a big Bonus • Proficient in marketplace selling platforms such as Nykaa, Blinkit, Big Basket etc, • Strong understanding of SEO and data analysis. • Exceptional communication and customer service skills. • Willingness to learn and grow with us. • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
